Today I ate the best beef brisket of my life. And I got it not in a restaurant, but in a meat shop. They just finished cooking and pulled brisket from a smoker. And offered me to try it. Honestly, I was shocked at how good that meat was. I rarely promote any store, but this one. .. so this is Carroll's Meat Shoppe. Will be back for sure
Don't go to your grocery store for meats. Go to this store. Way cheaper and the quality is best. As soon as you walk in the store, there's a smoky bbq smell that hits your nose and makes you want whatever it is. It's their smoked whole chicken. In the meat case where the butcher is, they have this twice baked potatoes that is almost as big as you head. I suggest you get that. Oh, and I shop here to get my beef ribs cut Korean style here. Nothing better than Easter dinner from Carroll’s Meat Shoppe, Filets, Crab Legs, Twice baked potatoes and real watermelon!! No better people, and no better price! Thanks John for being the best ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
