If you’re looking for a true authentic taste then you should come to Cartels. Her menus seems endless. The chicken wings were nice and coated either way sauce while also maintaining the crispness that we all love. The shrimp were gigantic. I recommend she adds garlic fries or cheese fries. And the house punch was better than my BM and that’s saying something. Come see her you won’t regret it.
This food is amazing and made to order. Seasoned to perfection. I had the crab cakes(real crab meat ) egg rolls stuffed with smoked salmon, shrimp, spinach and Jalapeño cream cheese were amazing. Lastly ask about their signature crab boil wings. Definitely will be back.

The truck is clean, but service can be slow—customers often wait extra time for pick-up orders, even after placing them ahead online or through DoorDash. Calling in orders is impossible as the phone is never answered. Despite delays, the flavors and quality make it worth the wait. Don't forget to bring cash when you visit this gem.
