I got to the Bartram Trail store before they closed in order to get a large order of food for my son who was on a plane flying in from Dallas. He has to have his Cava.! This is a fast-casual Mediterranean restaurant with high quality ingredients and authentic Greek flavors. I ordered the Greek Salad, oh wow! Just the right size for a lunch meal and priced right ($11). Great chicken over greens then you pick the toppings: feta cheese, Greek olives, red onions, tomatoes, and the best Greek dressing with that distinguishable lemon flavor. They also have wraps and bowls. Healthy food that tastes delicious!
The GM was up front serving when I got my order. I asked if they were short staffed, and he said “No, I really like being up front”. That says a lot about a restaurant when you see management right up there with their workers.
