Just had the best experience at Cava. Alejandro and Jay were so kind and patient with my dietary restrictions. Didn’t rush me and helped me pick the tastiest bowl. Amazing sense of humors and just a joy to interact with. So nice to see people enjoying their work and they interacted with the other customers just the same. Give these guys a raise and keep them around! I’ll be returning for sure!
This is by far the best Cava location in Jacksonville. All of the staff is extremely polite and helpful, and they always make you feel like they’re happy to see you come in. Trace (one of the managers) and Marianne always make it a pleasant experience and I will continue to come to this location in particular. If you’re ever in the area, definitely stop by and enjoy some good food and quality service.
Exceeded my expectations. Everything was well seasoned and fresh. I did the steak and lamb and enjoyed it thoroughly. Will definitely be back. If you like Mediterranean and Middle Eastern food, then you should enjoy this.
