I will share another review about this place, once I have tried their dinner menu. My wife and I stopped by for breakfast... AWESOME !
Food was on point. I had the pancakes, cheese eggs, salmon croquet, and home fried potatoes. I'm a big guy with a good appetite, and I couldn't finish the meal. I did a catering order with Celestia for about 35 people. Not on the regular dining menu is the collards gumbo. This dish I specifically picked as I've had it before. That dish was raved about by everyone. The gumbo was loaded with shrimp, sausage and turkey. It served well over rice. We also had the pork chops, the seasoning was delicious. Additional touches were some corn bread and a peach cobbler for dessert. I can't wait until I have to do a catering order again!
