Every time placing an order thru app/online upon arrival order is never ready nor does anyone have a clue of an order being maxed EXCEPT the one sitting outside on 3 separate occasions so it's not a random occurrence.
I am leaving this review because the owners are clueless and honestly need the franchise revoked. We stopped in on Sunday after 1pm. We expected to have a short wait due to the day and time. There were about 7 to 10 people in the restaurant when we arrived several more arrived after we did. Problem being only 1 worker handling everything like a pro.
