Charleys Cheesesteaks and Wings

Absolutely terrible service first the self service machine was frozen for about 25 minutes after charging my card and my order not appearing in their system and the one worker taking orders kept saying to wait for it over and over till 20 minutes later when she said she would call the manager never did it finally unfrozen only for our food to take another 20 minutes just to make 2 sandwiches while no other orders were being placed.

This is quite literally the one place no matter how many times I specify my order that consistently gets my order wrong. Whether it’s missing something, wasn’t prepped right, ect. I have given it many chances but constantly every time I order my order is messed up.

I was waiting for 5 minutes waiting for the lady to attend me, and even my little daughter spoke to her to get attention and she did not look at us, she was only on her phone writing by messages and calls, it is a lack of faith on their part in doing that, I definitely thought it was the best.

I'm a huge fan of Charlie's in Tucson Arizona I would go there on a regular basis at the mall however this one at this location in Jacksonville Florida is a pale comparison I asked for lettuce tomato and pickle they gave me two tiny pieces of tomato and some shredded lettuce they forgot to put the mail on the meat is in small chunks and not much of it they didn't have any pickles. When I received it I've noticed how light it was when I opened it up it looked like half of a sandwich when I asked about the ingredients they took it back and added some more stuff to it but I wouldn't be going there again

Oh my goodness. I definitely plan on visiting this restaurant again. It was a twenty-five minutes wait, but it was worth it. The lemon pepper wings were so good that it had enough seasoning on them. The fries were crispy and hot.

I gave the service a 2 star because I was off work and wanted to order some fries with cheese and ranch. I waited until someone noticed me so I thought but there was another customer who had walked up and was served immediately while I was standing at the register. I felt completely ignored and walked out Got in my car and noticed this customer walking out with his food 7 minutes later. I want say never again but it will be a long time before I visit again. Just rude and unprofessional.

Most cashiers here don’t speak good English. If you don’t know what the word TWO means ( like One, Two….) how are you a cashier? Also the app is hard at working so basically I can’t order here :(
