Very disappointed.

We arrived and were greeted immediately then we sat down. That was great.

Then it just went downhill.

The service started out good but it was off. We were given a cocktail menu, and when we asked about non-alcoholic drinks, the server who happened to be a bartender also, looked confused. Turned us off so we decided to just get waters.

Then when we got the menu, it was basically dropped off. No description or recommendations. Here is a menu. Good luck. Nothing about hey here are some recommendations you might like…

We ordered food and the food took 32 minutes to arrive. Luckily we had opted in for the salad bar so weren’t too hungry.

When food arrived, the food runner says: Can you cut your steak to see if we cooked it the way you wanted it? I was thrown off because they should have a system for that?? called a food thermometer but i complied anyways.

Then the server and everyone forgot about us for 30-40 minutes. No drink refills, no check ups, nothing.

Sadly Another server from another table saw how were just sitting there getting annoyed, our drinks weren’t refilled, so she came over cuz she probably felt bad and helped with that.

When finally our actual server who had forgotten about us, came to our table, I decided to tell her that we have been here for TWO hours. We arrived at 4:32 and it was 6:34 . She defends herself by saying “yeah as you can see we have been busy, and have a full restaurant.”

You charge $48 for a pretty average not-aged steak and thats your excuse? If you know you can’t serve the customer, You could have said sorry we are at capacity.

Chart house has positioned itself as a fine-dining brand, but that service was pretty aweful. Probably will never return.

Valentines dinner was excellent, a little bit of hiccup with our food, but server and manager were excellent in taking care of everything plus little bit more. Our server Carol was exceptional. Everything was just great.

Service was great. Food was fantastic! Slow to get food. We took our 9 year old for the first time. He was sooo bored! No interaction after 5 min!

I stopped by Chart House shortly after leaving surgery at a nearby hospital because I needed to grab a meal quickly and comfortably. We ordered the prime rib, meatballs, the salad bar, and an iced tea.

I want to start by saying our server was very kind and attentive — no complaints there at all. He was courteous and professional throughout the visit.

That said, the overall experience didn’t match the pricing. The iced tea was $5 and was extremely diluted — it honestly looked more like water than tea. The salad bar, priced at $15 as a side, was fairly basic and underwhelming. It consisted mostly of different types of lettuce with a few toppings like peppers, olives, and capers — nothing particularly special for the price. To be candid, there are casual dining places that offer more variety for less, which made this feel disappointing as a premium add-on.

The biggest letdown was the prime rib. While at the salad bar, I noticed the plate sitting in the service window and mentioned it to our server, who said they were still working on it. After about 10 minutes, it finally arrived, but unfortunately it was lukewarm and the potatoes were cold. For a $40 entrée, I expected the food to arrive hot and fresh.

Our total bill came to around $100, and while I truly don’t mind paying higher prices for quality dining, I do expect the food temperature, presentation, and overall experience to reflect that level. In this case, the value simply didn’t align with the cost.

I hope this feedback is taken constructively, as the location has great potential and the staff was friendly. With some improvements in food quality control and attention to detail, the experience could better match the premium pricing. I also want to note that there were only one of us eating in the party of two So this was a price for one person

Our appetizer of coconut shrimp was delicious. Husband's prime rib wasn't cooked quite right (more rare than medium rare) but the rest of our meal was wonderful. The service was outstanding. View was amazing. Enjoyed our visit! Our compliments to everyone.

Ordered uber eats a medium steak and a prime rib. Steak was well done. How does a restraunt of this spendyness not cook steaks to the correct temp, and its not it cooked after off grill, because it has dark grill chars like it was forgotten about and it is dry. Very dissapointed. Potatoes were great and prime rib because a different person cooked those. This is like a first time chef cooked this. I haven't treated myself for a while and this is what happens when I do. Not one spec of juice in this overcooked mess they call a steak.

Taylor was awesome! Salad bar was fun and tasty. The prime rib was beyond expectations! Delish!!!Unfortunately, two food items disappointed. The crab cake was greasy, soggy even, swimming in a puddle of a too-sweet mustard. It was served room temp. Corn was tasty but nothing but a 2 dozen kernel side though, a garnish. The fresh crab atop the cake was lovely - I wished I'd ordered just the crab meat. The lava cake? Baked hard, stale? Served cool, not hot. We ate it but was not enjoyable. Ice cream wasn't melting like one would expect on a hot cake.

Another fabulous dining experience at one of our favorite restaurants. We were quickly seated by the window, then greeted by Carol. Without a doubt, Carol is engaging, funny and a fabulous server! My husband had Snapper Hemingway, a new addition to the menu. It was full of flavor and well plated. He will most definitely order it again. Our friend had his usual filet and it has never disappointed. My friend and I opted for the salad bar, our go-to standard. Bon Appeti!

Beautiful, scenic view of the St. John's lake. The Salmon was very good. Quiet, and calm. Very friendly staff and extremely kind. The molten lava cake, is indeed worth the buy.

The food, view and service were great. We were seated in the section behind the bar retaining wall with a few loud individuals in the bar. I would reccomended further away is better for a serene ambience. The double berry mule was fabulous. The salad bar was complete and fresh. The bronzed salmon with crab was tender and perfectly prepared, as was the broccolini. The creamed spinach is heavenly. My husbands grouper was flakey and juicy. We will dine again in a different section.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Perfect from start to finish — Amber & Alicia were incredible! Had an absolutely outstanding experience at Chart House last night with two friends, and I genuinely can't say enough good things. From the moment we walked in to the moment we left, everything was flawless — the atmosphere, the service, the pacing, and especially the food. Every bite was excellent, and the entire night felt effortless, relaxed, and truly special. Our server Amber was AMAZING — professional, warm, attentive, and just the perfect balance of friendly and polished. She made sure we had everything we needed without ever hovering, and her timing was spot-on. You can tell she really cares about the guest experience, and it made a huge difference. I also have to give a huge shoutout to Alicia, the manager, who went above and beyond to make us feel genuinely welcomed and appreciated. That extra level of hospitality — the little details, the personal touch, the feeling that your business truly matters — is something I really value, and Alicia delivered that in the best way. It's rare these days, and it meant a lot. Overall, perfect night, perfect service, perfect food. Chart House continues to set the standard, and we will 100% be back soon. Thank you again to Amber and Alicia for making the evening so memorable!
