The salad bar is the best! However the cod was a bit fishy and the Asian vegetables that came with it were soggy and looked like they came straight out of a frozen package. We were choking, saying it looked like my husband did it at home. My husband had a swordfish, which was OK, even though the sticky rice was way too sweet as a starter. They put one stem of parsley on the side of the plate - which looked lost and lonely. The presentation of the food was really poor.We had the tuna, but there was much tuna on it it was actually just deep fried rice with a little bit of tuna Tatar. The interior and the view on the water is stunning and we wished the food would keep up with that.

Our second visit to the Chart House and again we loved it. The ambiance is great and the service has been outstanding. Great salad bar and varied menu. The food was prepared as requested and nicely plated. You will not be disappointed.

Waited for over an hour to get entree. Very little managing the order. And manager came over and apologized. But we had to cease enjoying cocktails because we needed to eat. The evening was absolutely awful. Waiter was nice enough, just not offensive or intuitive.

Did a surprise dinner for my moms 50th birthday. It was a great experience. They even personalized the menu telling her happy 50th. It was her first time there and it's a moment she'll never forget. Brady was our waiter and he was excellent!

We love the Chart House. It's lovely to look out over the river, it's quiet and the food is always excellent. The service team is fantastic. We especially love having Carol as our server. She's funny, very attentive and excellent at her job! We look forward to seeing her.

Our food was excellent. The Key West swordfish is a dish that I could eat at least once a week. I used to have it with the grouper and loved it, but the swordfish was amazing. Our server Stephanie was on the ball and very friendly.

Had a 5:30 appointment for dinner. Reservation went very smoothly and the ambiance was good. After close to an hour and a half of waiting for our dinner, our waiter came and said he forgot to put our order in. When our dinners finally came, they were luke warm and my plank salmon was mushy and my friend who also ordered salmon only ate one bite. We were all very disappointed in our service and the quality of the food.

What A Terrific Way to Spend Halloween. We enjoyed Dinner on the Saint John's River at the Chart House as the Sun Set in the West. The Food was Delicious and Jacob's Service was Exceptional. HIGHLY RECOMMEND !!!

Just an outstanding anniversary dinner with wonderful food and unmatched service. Thank you to our server, Jordan for making it such a great night. The Chart House is our favorite Jacksonville restaurant and has never been better. Highly recommend the Prime Rib and Baked Potatoes.

Location, beautiful views, great service and seafood prepared perfectly! Started with spinach salad, by passed the nice looking salad bar. Spinach chopped and dressing was warm and bacony. Hubby had miso black cod which is not a common menu item. Delicious! I had ahi tuna which was perfectly prepared. It was an amazing meal and Stephanie, our waitress, was attentive but not intrusive. We will be back!
