I reserved a junior suite water view in September 2023 for a trip we planned for May 2024 i attempted to contact the hotel two weeks prior to my arrival to confirm but met with negative results. I called multiple times and was left on hold for over 20 mins. Upon arrival I was placed in a junior suite on the first floor with a parking lot view. The hotel cost over $600. One of the worst Marriott brand hotels, I have ever stayed at. The front desk manager Danajah lacks inner personal skills , professionalism and customer service. She not only was rude and disrespectful. Because I called her out on it, she then proceeded to withhold our room keys from us, until the GM Carlos arrived.
