The food was amazing! Huge variety. Cold items stayed cold and hot items stayed hot. I loved how the chef came out and interacted with us the guest. After catering a wedding you expect them to be tired and not friendly but the entire staff was very pleasant. They cleaned up quickly also. I highly recommend.
John catered my 32 birthday brunch and everything was amazing! He was punctual and very professional. The food was ?? the Hennessy glazed French toast and shrimp and grits were THE BEST! My family is still talking about the food. I can’t wait to book another private event in the near future.
Overall the service , experience, and food was simply amazing and delicious. Still thinking about how mouthwatering the french toast were and flavorful the shrimp and grits were. Everything was spectacular. Chef Cartel did great. Definitely will be using him again. Would recommend a 100%.
