Where appreciation started here the year I was shipped overseas in 2004 and in the 22 years since being as its the 22nd of the first month of the year I thank you for your continual dedication to providing excellence in food, service, and community! I’m not gonna lie. This is the worst Chick-fil-A in our city. How do you forget my sauce and my straw every single time that I come and not to mention the line only moves fast like early in the morning at the end of the day it moves slow as hell you guys forgot my sauce every single time that I’ve been there the last couple times literally ruined my meal

Staff is always ready.They constantly have all the items in there.They are mostly young staff.So they can't hear or pay attention correctly.The food comes out in a timely matter.Most of the people that work there do love their job which in turn makes the food good and provide excellent customer service.We'd definitely love to see more training.And improvement at this location constantly visit here.Thankful for their help

I normally am satisfied with Chickfila, the food was okay, the service was nice, but how are you letting sick employees interact with people? I went in for lunch yesterday 12/9 around 1. The employee taking orders kept coughing and yes it is that time of the year, but if someone is coughing continuously like the way they were, you shouldn’t have them come into work much less interact with customers!!! They are getting the people that come in sick and their employees. How are you allowing this? Do better Chickfila.

Let me just say: this was hands-down one of the most infuriating fast-food experiences I’ve ever had. I placed a mobile order at 9:55 PM—yes, before closing—and the app took my money like everything was perfectly fine. But when I pulled up to the drive-through, the employees acted like I didn’t even exist. I sat there for one to two minutes while they blatantly ignored me, not even pretending to offer the bare minimum of courtesy.

Then, instead of speaking to me like a normal human being, one of them starts waving her hands at me through the closed window, signaling that they were “closed.” No explanation, no apology, just rude, dismissive gestures like I was an inconvenience for daring to pick up the food I paid for. I tried talking to her, and she just kept waving me off until she finally cracked the window open long enough to say, “We’re closed.”

When I explained that my order went through at 9:55 PM, the manager came out and basically said, “Yeah, well, we couldn’t make it.” Then why—seriously, why—is the system still taking orders right before closing? Why is my money accepted for food you had absolutely no intention of preparing?

And to add insult to injury, now I get to wait 1–2 business days for a refund… AND I drove away still hungry because they refused to make the order they charged me for. UNREAL.

The entire experience was unprofessional, rude, and totally unacceptable. If this is what passes for service at this location now, they need a serious wake-up call because being ignored, waved off, dismissed, and left hungry is the exact opposite of what Chick-fil-A claims to stand for.
