We waited in line forever in the morning we got there at 10:10 roughly, the lady taking the orders took 5-10 minutes for every order during morning rush, and we got to her at 10:28 and we start ordering our breakfast, halfway through our order she interrupts us saying they just switched to lunch and wouldn’t let us keep ordering, so we left unsatisfied, following this we called the store to speak to a manager and when talking to her she gave us attitude right off the bat and said it was on us for them not having enough people to accommodate for the morning rush since the kitchen was slammed. Completely unsatisfactory and guaranteed will not be going to this location again.

Well, usually the food and service. On this visit they totally screwed up the order. I asked for no lettuce and got. I ordered the spicy chicken sandwich and got a non-spicy chicken sandwich. Geeze!
My only complaint is that all the chic-fil-a's need to be on the same page as far as the pup cups for your pets because the puppies and dogs be looking for that ice cream in a cup or the whip cream

I'm always pleasantly pleased by the level of service of all Chick-fil-A locations and this one is no exception, the food was fresh and everything was delivered very quickly.
Best Chick-fil-A around this area. Good service and specially the original ice coffee is the best. Better than Starbucks ice coffee! Maybe they have good touch of barista hands in their kitchen team! I’ll come back for quick lunch.

Never have I waited over 30 minutes at a fast food restaurant for a regular small family order. This is an absolute ridiculous experience. Completely inexcusable, do better Chick Fila!

I’ve visited this location many times for breakfast on the way to work. This morning both drive thru lanes were open so I pulled into Lane 2 behind another vehicle. There were two vehicles in Lane 1. The person in front of me was served, then the attendant moved back to Lane 1, to serve the next two customers. While waiting in line three additional cars pulled into line 1. The drive thru attendant proceeded to look at me, then serve the next two customers in Lane 1 while I sat there. After the second car pulled off & she didn’t bother to walk over to lane 2, I left & went to Starbucks next door.
If you aren’t going to properly staff both drive thru lanes, then don’t have them open.
My review - after dealing with long lines many times, & now dealing with a lack of attendants to properly take orders, it’s apparent this location isn’t apt to handle the traffic it serves. I suggest going elsewhere.

We ordered Sandwiches Foot was burned disgusting. I know they’re busy at all the time they need to take care of the customer one by one a proper way.
