Newk's Eatery is a popular spot that offers a variety of delicious food options. Customers enjoy the chicken salad sandwich, potato soup, and the wide selection of salads. The service is fast and friendly, with reasonable prices, especially for kids' meals. However, some diners have noted a minor issue with the avocado in the shrimp salad. Overall, Newk's Eatery provides a fresh and satisfying dining experience.
The restaurant is known for its "homey" Christmas decorations, which create a cozy atmosphere. The staff is attentive and accommodating, even engaging with young diners. Customers have praised the perfect pizzas and the great vegetarian options, including portobello sandwiches, veggie pizzas, and salads. The restaurant is conveniently located on Southside Blvd, near Target and Longhorn, with ample parking available.
