I was very upset. Cause the last experience I had with chick fil a was great. And the food that I got didn't seem fresh. That fries wasn't even hot and the chicken sandwich didn't taste fresh. But the milkshake was great.

What has happened to our beloved Ortega Chicfila. Unless you’re a drive thru customer or a mobile order pick up you can’t get any kind of service from dine in. 15 minutes today and no chicken biscuit. I walked outNo one else in line and only a few drive thru cars at the time. This isn’t the first time this has happened.

This location was chosen by friends. I really didn't want to go because of the horrible service I received on my last visit. It seems that the service is better it you visit early instead of later in the day.
I normally don't make negative reviews...however. There was a mistake made on my order. I called and spoke to a manager and she made it seem like the error was my fault...She was not kind or helpful.
