Worse drive thru ever, it makes no sense
Drive thru is like being stuck in rush hour traffic. Try to go inside after sitting in the drive thru for 20 minutes and the doors were locked. Probably will not try this store again.
The operator is very generous and does a lot for the community and the customers. This Chick-fil-A has been here since I was a kid (I’m 32 now) and I even remember them hosting my elementary school’s fundraising events. Food and service is as expected with Chick-fil-A.

Chick-fil-A offers excellent service with friendly staff, including attentive employees who work hard to ensure a pleasant dining experience. The food is consistently delicious, and the staff handles busy times well, whether inside or at the drive-thru. Customers appreciate the communication from the owner through email and the special events they host. The restaurant recently served the June-July 2025 test item, Creamy BBQ Chicken Sandwich, which was highly praised as absolutely delicious. While the staff is friendly and the service is generally good considering the busy environment, there is some room for improvement in the parking lot and efficiency, especially with the mobile order process, which can be tricky. Overall, Chick-fil-A provides tasty food and a warm atmosphere, with efforts to enhance customer experience through better service and engaging events.
