Based on the reviews, this Taco Bell / KFC location has very mixed service. The staff can be fast and friendly, with one manager and a lady who works the front and back being especially helpful and making customers feel at home. The crew was great and remained kind even when a customer was snarky. However, other staff were rude and unhelpful, giving wrong information about totals and refusing to provide sauce, telling a customer to “come inside if you want some.” The food is sometimes fresh and fast, but other times it is slapped together and thrown in a bag. Orders are often wrong, such as getting sour cream on nachos when none was requested. The cashier was super nice and friendly, but another woman was rude to a customer about a remake. No receipt is given, and customers are asked to wait in the drive-through or pull up for orders. The restaurant is a rare Taco Bell / KFC combo.
