However, there have been instances where spills were not promptly cleaned up. The food, including the quesadilla explosion salad and margaritas, is tasty. Prices are reasonable, especially during happy hour. There was an issue with being charged for a second salad that was not ordered, but the manager resolved it. Additionally, be aware that games on the tablets are not free. The manager was helpful in resolving issues that arose. Overall, the service, food, and management at Chili's are good, but there is room for improvement.
