i went to this horrible establishment, i was waiting to be seated for 10 minutes while two of your employees looked at me and my company after a while they disappeared, im highly disappointed because we couldve been told if it was too late to be seated this happened at 10:25pm November 24th. Its not even about compensation, its about decent customer service.

Food and atmosphere were wonderful! We had Lilly as our waitress, she was very attentive and very kind! Lilly got us our wicked drinks and they were delicious! Will definitely be back! We recommend Lilly!

On this particular visit I picked up my order I should have checked made sure everything was in my order before I left restaurant but when I got home to enjoy my dinner an important item was missing and it was upsetting and frustrating 1st time this happened.

Went here on a Sunday - it can get busy right around 1130. We had a wonderful waitress that checked up on us regularly. Food was great - service was great - all in all a good Sunday afternoon dining experience!

Do not order Togo from here unless you want to sit looking at your food that is ready for 10 minutes before someone comes to talk to you (I could literally see you guys sitting and chatting in the little corner mirror that shows the kitchen)

Honestly, I haven't been to Chili's in a long time but it was not that great. Our service was phenomenal but the food was mediocre at best. Plus, were were sitting in a booth under the metal air pipes and they were dripping water all over us. Not the best experience and I'd say the food is definitely not as good as I remember.

If this is the chillis at san jose blvd. (Mandarin) the chicken quesadilla was dry, the burger burn and the fries cold. The server was good. It was whoever cook the food and that was yesterday afternoon. Your food sucks!
