Chili's Grill & Bar

We've been coming in here since we first moved to Oakleaf almost 10 years ago. Food is always good, but,we came in the other night and Zack was our server, absolutely exceptional service! Not only the best that we've ever had in this Chili's, but possibly the best that we've had in any restaurant in a long time!I hope you recognize what a great asset he is!

My food was delicious. My sister's steak was a bit grossly but the waiter and the manager were very sweet and discounted her meal. Our waiter Chase was very friendly, efficient and kind.

I had a great experience at Chili’s Grill & Bar! The food was delicious, hot, and served quickly. The staff was friendly and attentive from the moment we walked in. You could tell they really cared about providing great service. The atmosphere was relaxed and welcoming—perfect for a casual meal with family or friends. Definitely one of the better Chili’s locations I’ve visited. I’ll be coming back for sure!

Order food online i have to wait there extra 35 minutes!

go here all the time, usually amazing service but our server today, i think her name is daria (not too sure, she spoke so fast i didn’t pick it up) was so inattentive and neglectful. she had 4 tables and only checked on us two times our whole experience excluding taking our order. we sat without drinks since our food arrived, and when she did check on us, she gave no time to answer. we split the check, one paid card the other cash. left cash on table and she stopped us on the way out to ask why we still had a tab open at our table, the most attentive she’d been the whole night. terrible experience from her today

Not never again! Disgusting behavior. Crappie food. Management is unprofessional and demeaning to staff. I've never witnessed such horrible treatment that went unchecked. I hope corporate comes to investigate!

Garbage! I watched them fire a hostess for doing what their superior told them to do... over seating during dinner rush with a waiting list. Absolutely unprofessional. The food is already subpar, a step above HS Cafeteria food... yall are wild! We've been here before and had to listen to the HS drama that management participates in. Sad. No couth. Terrible management all the way up to GM.
0 outta 10 would NOT recommend. Need to reset the whole staff at this point.

I’m very particular when I order my cajun pasta and they get it right every time! Darlene was a GEM. You could tell she was very busy (full section) but she made sure she touched every table and got us in and out (we were in a time crunch to see a movie) with no problems. We’ll always ask for Darlene every time we go now.

FOOD POISONING ALERT !!!!
I had a $108 dollar order. The only thing I had different than my family was the Potato soup and within 2 hours of Eating it I was throwing up sweating bullets and was extremely sick. I had not ate perviously due to moving into a new house .so I knew exactly that this was the reason. Please be Careful eating here!!!
