The service was good, but I was very disappointed with the side asparagus today. The asparagus was old and not hot. They made me a new one, which came out in less than 5 minutes, it was still raw inside. I had a bad experience today!so sad today!

I can’t speak for all chilis but every time my husband and I come here it’s always great service! Everyone we encounter is always so friendly and food comes out quick! Today we had Roslyn as our waitress, she was very pleasant and attentive!

It was a slow day and I had to wait entirely too long to be seated. I don't know if the waiter was new but service was slow and he kept forgetting to bring things and took away things that should not have been taken.

Our server back was probably the best server I've ever had in any restaurant! He was attentive, friendly, upbeat, always kept our drinks refilled. Definitely an asset to this location. The food was really really good!

The food tasted ok, but after finding 3 hairs in my burger, it felt like Chubaka was preparing my meal. Common guys.

Good grill flavor

Have ate here before for table service, but this is strictly written for their take away service. To start the food was given to us cold, not even warm by time we got it home (a 2 mile trip). When the order was placed it gave a pick up time, the food was ready for pick up shy of 25 minutes after our given time. While waiting a man was given a bag of food and gone 10 minutes before coming back claiming he got the wrong order, the gentleman who was the actual owner of the food asked repeslatedly if that was his or not, to which the hostess was dismissive and unapologetic. Now if it was me and my food was gone that long with someone else id have asked for a fresh order or money back. Neither was offered to include an apology. The take out area was just unorganized and drastically slow. While the restaraunt was fairly busy it was not packed by anymeans.

The food is exactly what you'd expect, it's fine, not great, but not bad at all. You go to Chili's you know what you're getting. I'm not here to review the food though, the only reason I bothered coming to even make a review is just to say Elijah at the Oakleaf location kills it. We went on a Friday at six, it was crazy busy with about a half hour wait and every table full and Elijah was on top of everything and friendly and overall just very good at his job. Good enough I went out of my way to leave a review, which I don't typically do.
