Been frequently visiting Chilli’s lately . The bartenders are always exceptional and drinks are the best . Very friendly and attentive to their customers . I also am door dashing and am often picking up orders And sometime sitting at the bar while I wait . One of the bartenders already had a sprite in a to go cup for me . They have been very helpful and always have food ready for me . Im getting to know the place well .

I’ve ordered Uber eats a lot and this location is always getting stuff wrong or it’s just plain out not what’s advertised today I ordered the fajita plate over $22. It was supposed to be shrimp and chicken ended up being steak and chicken and the amount that they gave me was comical and frustrating after paying that much for I would stay away entirely or at least make sure to pick up your food and check on it before you pay for it.

Cold food. After telling a server, no attempt to remedy situation. Awful. Restaurant was dirty. Restroom awful. Was praying we wouldn't become ill from the uncleanliness and food temps!

Ms. Darlene was absolutely amazing! I haven’t dined at Chilli’s in years. I’ll definitely be back to this one because of Ms. Darlene’s bubbly spirit. My friend and I were blown away with her kindness and attention to detail. You’re the best, Ms. Darlene!! ❤️
Good meal with my wife, my crispy chicken sandwhich was cold while my fries were hot, her burger was steaming. The sauces are phenomenal from here. Great service weird atmosphere.

Super disappointed tonight. I love the Southwest egg rolls and after a long day of travel I wanted takeout. One of the egg rolls was completely empty. I understand things happen, but people should be quality checking the food people are paying for. The eggroll was visibly empty before cutting it and felt super light. Would post a photo but I can’t figure out how to do so.

sat at a table for 10-15 minutes without someone ever coming by. even asked the host to get our server and sat there 5 more minutes without ever getting service. It was a Sunday night and not busy...

Our server was amazing! Service from staff was top notch. Kitchen was slow to get food out but it was great when it got there. The San Juan store could learn a lot about customer service from this store.

This was the worst place I’ve been to in a while like not only was the service absolutely terrible the water and soda had chunks of black stuff no matter how many times I got it changed sure enough there was another black chunk, just to add to that i was sitting for at least a hour and ten mins just for nasty food with a little portion and people that came in after were chowing down before us
