I've never been to Chili's before this visit, but for a first time I can say that I'm thoroughly pleased. Jake (our server) was so cool and attentive. The vibes are great. The food is delicious. Big Chili's guy now.

The servers were very attentive and very quick to help. I've been coming to Chili's since I was a child and I will tell you the quality of their food has gone down significantly. They got cheap with portion but more expensive in cost. I've been getting the three for me forever and remember when they gave you a whole bowl of soup instead of a salsa portion they now do. And their side salad used to have cucumber tomatoes onions croutons and cheese and now it only...

I was in there and Derrick was our server/bartender, I love chilis, I have never had an issue with chilis. But I could tell when Derrick walked up to the table that he was possibly on something.. just seemed very out of it.. and wasn’t focused.. we kept having to ask him over and over to get our drinks and then some of my friends food wasn’t right.. there was a couple times that he had walked by that he smelt like alcohol..
