This McDonald's has gotten very awful in recent years. I never bother to write reviews for bad experiences but today's experience was worth noting. Placed a mobile order to pick-up inside. Upon entering the restaurant, a teenager warned me they'd be closing the lobby. I ordered a shamrock McFlurry, and this is what I got. Before driving off, I asked the girl in the window more than several times to mix. She claimed she didn’t know how or if it came mixed, and the order was not fixed. Will not be going back. Waisted my money.

Normally go here for lunch but I will be taking a break. While I was eating, I heard and older lady(customer) ask the Associate for help because she didn't know how to use the kiosk and wanted to place an order. The employee told her she would either have to use the kiosk or go through the drive thru.
