My Wife, Son & I Love this locaton. Being in the navy for long enough, You get to see many stores and different ways of doing things. This store hands down is the best at it all. They move at a great pace and give amazing customer service! My family would like to give a special shoutout to PRINCESS! She is the heart and soul of the that location. even fellow Navy people mention how she is just an amazing employee. She gives amazing customer service, Communicates well to her fellow employees and never ever ceases to bring the energy. I will wrap up by saying... GIVE HER A RAISE!! 10/10 to all the staff but special shoutout to her. My 3 Year old son even calls her his friend because of her great energy. 5 stars.

This Chopotle is located in the Roosevelt shopping Center. Very convenient for us since we live in Ortega. Parking can get a little crazy since behind Chipotle is Chick fil a and the cars are constant going in and out so be very careful parking. This Chipotle is hit or miss, to be honest I do not expect a great service here. This is our go to Chipotle and most of the employees here are not the friendliest staff, the only person I know who have the most personality here is Teresa, she is amazing and she makes sure that the line is moving and she always have a smile on her face. We were just here last night, the lady that was preparing our food was very nice but the cashier... that is a different story, she barely smiled at us and when I was done paying for our order she just looked at us like we were disturbing her at her work lol. It didnt bother me because sadly I am use to this kind of customer service in places like this, My expectation is really low. Yes, I gave them 2 stars and that's just for Teresa, if she's not there I will give this location 1 star. Sadly this is the nearest Chipotle to us and we will still keep going here , I just hope they can work on their customer service, the food is good its the employees that needs a work on.

Depends on who is working. Always check your to go bag. Mine has been wrong 3 of the last 4 times. It is impossible to get them on the phone. I had to drive back and wait for them to remake everything while they rolled their eyes. I don't want to give my money to people who make mistakes and treat me like I'm inconveniencing them. It's a shame because some people there are great. I don't know if I will ever be back at this point. Go to Moe's down the street instead.

the cook did great on the food. but the girl making the wraps tonight did a horrible job. and the girl checking out did a bad job packing the bag. she put the izze drinks on top of the wraps which smashed them. and the girl making the wraps put way too much lettuce and then did not do a good job wrapping it up to where there was tons of meat on one side of the wrap.

I really like this chipotle. The manager is super nice and Ashlynn is a great worker. Often other chipotles are out of items but I haven’t experienced that here.

Ordered on doordash, my doordasher calls and says she's there but someone has taken my order and the workers refused to remake it. Huge inconvenience as this was for my lunch that I had limited time for which is why I doordash. Will have to wait 3-5 business because they canceled my order.

I ordered a single salad and when paying gave a generous $5 cash tip for the single meal. When I got to the table, I noticed the little 4 oz. dressing container was only 1/3 full. I went back to the young lady whom I just tipped $5 and asked for a second dressing container. She told me it was $.54 and charged me for a second 4 oz. container that again was only partially filled. Wake up Chipotle! You ruined a customer experience and the food had nothing to do with it.

I ordered online for pickup and somehow, in the 15 mins it took me to place and pick up the order, "somebody took it" and they had to remake my order. After they remade my order, one of the items I paid for was still missing. I tried to go back in but the doors had literally just been closed. I was knocking on the door but they ignored me and continued closing. I understand needing to close when it's time, but why not confirm that the order is going to the right person in the first place, and that the order is actually correct and complete before you send it out and close up? Pretty disappointing tbh.
