Honestly, I love this location. I never have any issues. My order is always ready & correct upon arrival. I never get sick from the food. (Has been an issue at other locations.)
Bathroom & dining area is always clean unless they're in the middle of a rush. Everyone I've ever interacted with has been friendly & cordial. This is my go-to location in Jax from now on. 🎯

They served the correct amount. Great crew 5 ⭐.
Im hard of hearing and had to ask a couple times for lady behind counter to repeat herself. The music inside was super loud and could hardly hear anyone speaking over it. Food was ok, not a big selection for kids and felt slightly disrespected because the lady was getting frustrated with me even after I told her I was hard of hearing. Would have been nice if the music wasn't so loud. Food could have been better.
