A few things to say: 1) Staff would waste people's time just wanting and not having the urgency to help. 2) Don't know to register rewards points just as good as other branches (Thank you corporate for always cleaning their mess). 3) No desire to obey the client's orders 100%.

was the worse experience I ever had today. The server young lady had terrible attitude, run out off carnitas , but be able to have extra from drive thru section. He was reaching out to serve another lady behind me, while young man trying put together 2 bowls for me. It was disorganized place today. The food only 3 stars not as good as any other days.p

We ordered and they made my my order andy sons, but said we needed to wait on steak for my husband's bowl. 15 minutes later, they hadn't even put steak on the grill. They had cooked more chicken. The place was absolutely nasty, all the tables were sticky and not wiped down. Floor was absolutely gross and the prep station was trashed. Left after 20 minutes without any food. Will never go there again!

I don’t understand how people are having a bad experience at chipotle. Sure you could have a bad time with a cashier. But food is always fresh, portions are good also you can always ask for another scoop of regular items to make your bowl or burrito bigger just not protein or premium items. And all places can be short handed just bare with them it’s not the end of the world.

Has to be my worst Chipotle experience. I'm very surprised since it is a newer location. I don't mind going over to the Regency location instead. Seems they have it together over there.Staff was rude and they double charged us. It was not worth us returning for a refund. They were also out of Vingarette. I will not be returning.
They don’t know how to distribute food evenly in a burrito. I had bites of just rice. My boyfriend was half way through a burrito and still didn’t get a piece of meat.

The food serving area is a filthy mess. I have been trying to give this place a chance; but, I keep getting disappointed. The food is good; but, it is difficult to enjoy my meal when the serving area looks like a a pig’s trough. I really don’t understand why someone won’t just wipe the area down with a towel or paper towel……it literally would only take 1 minute and would create a more inviting and sanitary environment.

Been coming here since they opened and they've never done me wrong. The rice is good the chicken isn't burnt like it is most of the time at regency. And when I ask for extra rice and beans they certainly do so. Not sure what's up with all the poor reviews. My first meal wasn't the best service but if you expect a bunch of new hires the first week they're open to be veterans at the job then you're just an entitled American and this goes to all the one and two star reviews talking about poor service in the first 90 days of the place being open, you can go kick rocks.

I had an issue when I ordered on the app and Pepper was of no help. I asked for a manager when I arrived to pick up my order and received an immediate resolution. Grateful that this Chipotle is so close to the house, but even more grateful at the WONDAMOUS customer service I received from the gentleman at the counter as well ss the manager that came and spoke with me.

What really made me happy was that there wasn’t any Mexican cokes in the display cooler, and I asked the girl if they had any, and she genuinely looked for one for me, and was happy to do so! The service is good, and the food is what you expect from a chipotle.Tip: If you ask for double everything, you get a great portion size!
