Been coming here since they opened and they've never done me wrong. The rice is good the chicken isn't burnt like it is most of the time at regency. And when I ask for extra rice and beans they certainly do so. Not sure what's up with all the poor reviews. My first meal wasn't the best service but if you expect a bunch of new hires the first week they're open to be veterans at the job then you're just an entitled American‍ and this goes to all the one and two star reviews talking...read full review

I had an issue when I ordered on the app and Pepper was of no help. I asked for a manager when I arrived to pick up my order and received an immediate resolution. Grateful that this Chipotle is so close to the house, but even more grateful at the WONDAMOUS customer service I received from the gentleman at the counter as well ss the manager that came and spoke with me.

What really made me happy was that there wasn’t any Mexican cokes in the display cooler, and I asked the girl if they had any, and she genuinely looked for one for me, and was happy to do so! The service is good, and the food is what you expect from a chipotle.Tip: If you ask for double everything, you get a great portion size!
