Hook Fish & Chicken is a popular restaurant known for its delicious and well-seasoned food, including catfish nuggets, gizzards, and good deals. The staff is friendly, and the service is generally pleasant and informative, though some customers have reported issues with the front desk staff. The portion sizes are large, often resulting in leftovers. While parking can be challenging due to the restaurant's popularity, there are spots available. The menu features a variety of fresh, made-to-order items, including excellent catfish with a light batter and ample servings. Fried chicken is also available, though some customers have not tried it. The prices are reasonable, and the overall dining experience is positive, with clean tables and a welcoming atmosphere. Customers suggest trying the restaurant but cautions about the potential for burning one's mouth due to the hot and fresh nature of the food.
