I have been to this establishment years ago and the staff was friendly and the food was hot. This was a very different experience. I ordered a Root Beer and when I received a Diet Coke I asked the cashier to please check and see if I might have received the incorrect beverage. He stated they didn't serve diet coke even though I could clearly see that they do on the drink machine and didn't offer to correct anything. Waited 25 mins in the drive through for a chicken sandwich & orange juice. (Average 10 mins per car) to get their order which is unacceptable. Poor drive through service please improve the time customers are being serviced.

Everytime I come here, there is noone in the drive thru. Yet, I am asked to wait and it's always 5-7 minutes before I can place my order. Then I wait in the drive thru another 10+ minutes just to get my food. This is the worst fast food service I receive from any fast food restaurant. Crazy thing is, I'm always coming here for someone else.
