I sat in line for 30 ish minutes to get 12 Krystal’s and a large coke. Was told that everyone needed to order at the window, due to them not being able to hear customers. Do better Krystal’s, your food is delicious, but your service is greatly lacking.

This is my new favorite Krystal JT & Hunter are awesome they deserve a huge raise if you're reading this, their hospitality on a cold late night shift it was great and considering they were sold out of numerous items & lobby was closed at the time, do I understand because they were keeping it clean. Everything was fresh and hot & order accurate they were ?? Good customer service & atmosphere especially for such a late night shift, is hard to find nowadays it means a lot to me so I appreciate it.
Nice boy taking the order but horrible wait time .food had everything on it I didn't ask for when I said no onions no pickle totally pissed me off.after waiting over 10 to 12 minutes for the order to still be wrong...well that alone makes me not suppose this location

I love Krystal food. The service, speed of food and cleanliness of the restaurant here have me sure I will not return to this one. Took my order for three Krystal’s and a mediumFry and then had me drive around to wait. Over fifteen minutes to get my basic food order. The interior is dirty and the employees have no care. Sorry Krystal if you don’t update you will be gone. Your menu board is falling apart, the printed signs are falling out of the holders and are very cheap and outdated as well. Do better, invest in your business or go out of business. The manager said she was waiting on a grill??!! For three Krystal’s??!!

Short staffed so had to wait in drive thru for nearly 15 minutes for order. Appeared only 2 people working. I cook and 1 gorl doing many items.
