Good food, as always. They are very busy. Give yourself some time. Don't go there while you're very, very hungry. They will take good care of you. Most of the staff is very young at age impatient.

Mark the manager was EXTREMELY helpful. For some reason I can never order the quesadilla online but it’s digital only and any other chipotle I’ve been to always tells me there’s no way I can get it besides ordering from the app. Mark and his team actually tried to help me and when they saw I wasn’t able to they still made it for me and were so nice about it. I haven’t been to chipotle in almost a year because the last experience I had bc of this issue was so horrible....

I don’t understand how people are having a bad experience at chipotle. Sure you could have a bad time with a cashier. But food is always fresh, portions are good also you can always ask for another scoop of regular items to make your bowl or burrito bigger just not protein or premium items. And all places can be short handed just bare with them it’s not the end of the world.
