Chipotle count yall days. One day someone’s gonna throw their food at yall for not giving the customer the double portion and so clearly paid for and added a tip? For what yall definitely don’t deserve it. Make sure yall don’t order online for pickup! Go inside and WATCH these people portion your food. They don’t care about Mobile orders, they will literally look at your x2 portion and laugh.

Omg! I chocked while pulling a hair out of the burrito I was eating. I told myself it was mine so I could finish my food and did not mention to my husband so he wouldn’t be disturbed. The next day I told my husband and he said he pulled a hair out of the bag of chips! Now I’m convinced it was def not mine. Ughh so gross! I still did not finish the rest of my burrito because the last 3rd of the burrito did not have any meat. ?

It was absolutely gross and disgusting not to mention ridiculously overpriced for two people. We won't be going back. We've decided to stick to Moe's and La nopalera. We do not endorse the Chipotle and the oakleaf Town center at all. Not worth the trip, save yourselves.

On my lunch break today I ordered a bowl through the mobile app to pick up in the drive-through and my order was completely wrong. It was ice cold like it was sitting there for a while. I placed my order 10 minutes before driving there and I was happy it was ready but got home and it was all wrong. The sticker on the bag clearly had my order but I guess they didn’t follow it or put it on the wrong bag. I used my birthday free guac and that was missing too. Luckily the chatbot helps in situations like this and I got a free entrée for next time. TBH this is the 2nd time this has happened and Chipotle preorder is just never right. You need to go inside to make sure they make it correctly. I would avoid this location.
