When you walk in, a server will ask you what type of meal you want. The overhead display lists the various items and once you decide you are off to the races. Krystal and Steve at this chipotle DID NOT DISAPPOINT!! We had tried going to the chipotle on argyle off blanding and sat in line waiting for over 30 minutes just to be told that they didn’t have anymore rice!! Only one guy was cooking and one was making bowls, 2 were on to-gos…needless to say we left disappointed..only to come here and be VERY shocked that the customer service was amazing, the atmosphere was good, and these 2 employees helped us out (in our moment of hunger...

My experience at chipotle today was amazing. One of the new hires to Oakleaf name Briana was outstanding. She greeted the customers as we came in, she was very polite and inviting. Briana give out the right amount of food. I usually don’t not feel full but today, I felt full and I had left overs. Definitely go to chipotle while Briana is there. She will hook you up. I usually do not have a good experience at this location but my boyfriend wanted me to go and I do not regret...
