ChopHouse Thirteen

Not the first time we have been to Chophouse 13 nor will be the last. Food was outstanding and we each had the filet and it simply melted in your mouth. David was our server and he was outstanding as well. Extremely knowledgeable about the food and also the wine offerings.

This was the best experience I've had soon as we walked in we were greeted in no time and sat down. Everyone was so friendly. The waitress Millie was amazing. And the free birthday cake was so good. All the food was amazing. Best first experience def will come again.

This was our first time at Choohouse 13. We were celebrating our 22nd Anniversary and they didn't disappoint. Our waiter was Brandon, awesome waiter. He made great recommendations, attentive, and a pleasure to talk to. The food was delicious! We had the crab cakes, 6oz filet, 22oz cowboy ribeye, augratin potatoes, and Brussel sprouts. Steaks we're cooked perfectly. The sprouts could turn a hater to a lover, yum. Definitely going back!

The Ribeyey steak is tasteless and tough. The Salmon is also bland and cheese cake desert tasted as though it had been made with goat cheese, which my wife and I don't eat on any occasion. Would not recommend eating at Chophouse 13.

The food and the service were amazing. My family of 4 enjoyed our experience and would definitely return if we are ever in Jacksonville.

Terrible service Took 15 minutes to get a drink Then ordered another drink and again 10 minutes to get it Ordered dinner and 35 minutes later still no dinner We arrived at 5:45 and at 7:20pm still no dinner We left

This restaurant is definitely top notch for food and service. It's pricey so prepare yourself but it is worth every penny. We will definitely be back. As a matter of fact we already know when we are coming back.

Chophouse provided a great experience. The food and atmosphere was great. Brandon was an awesome waiter and took great care of us as we celebrated our anniversary.

The food was good but know everything was ala carte. My husband's steak was undercooked and had to be cooked a little more. My snapper was good but nothing extraordinary considering the price. I would recommend eating i the bar for more reasonable prices on wine and food. The menus are different and the bar is more casual.

Steak was under seasoned, waitress skipped checking on us several times . Left me with an empty glass for 15-20 minutes.

First time I've been since the rebranding and I got a day, everything was nice. Good food, great service, good drinks. It's was a nice early dinner. Ate in the bar and off the bar menu. Would definitely do main menu next time but I found the bar menu to be great value.

The atmosphere at Chophouse 13 and the food was perfect for me and my family as we celebrated my birthday. Our server, Madison, was friendly, enthusiastic, funny, and very helpful. She anticipated our needs and made the experience enjoyable and educational! She and her manager, Holly, took extra steps to replace an entree that my husband ordered that sounded great on paper but was different than what he was expecting. We highly recommend Chophouse 13 and will continue to go for special occasions.
