ChopHouse Thirteen

My family has been coming here for years before it was chophouse 13. We've been loyal patrons. We always have a wonderful experience. It was my birthday last night. We came to celebrate just my husband and I Trent was our server. He was excellent. Very attentive. However, when we both left, we were disappointed overall and the quality of the steak, especially we had the bone in cowboy, which we normally always get. It was extremely then, considering the thickness of the bone a lot of fat, more than than expected from a ribeye. Again we get this every time we come pretty much our appetizer Trent put it in ample time. Oysters Rockefeller came out at the same time as our salads pretty much . Trent apologized. We still love Chophouse 13 yet last night wasn't the norm. I'd rather be honest than not even giving a review. As a business it's important to know honest feedback. Staff is excellent as always and Victoria at the bar was super! We had apps and cocktails before .

Great high-quality steakhouse. One of the best in Jax. Our server, Rihannon, bet i didn't get that spelling correct was fantastic and paid exceptional attention to our party. Always the go to for awesome food and service.

The experience was great. We had 2 birthdays to celebrate and Trent made us feel so welcome. He was even so gracious as to ask the bartender if they had Licor 43 to make my Carajillo drink that I'm on a kick with and they not only had it but made the drink great. The food was also exceptional and everything was timed perfectly.

The food was wonderful, the setting was good, service was good! Over all we would definitely go back 2 people with a cocktail each $240.00 with tip

I had very high expectations, but both my wife and I were not overly impressed. Service was great from Lillian, nice atmosphere, just thought for the money that we spent, the food was okay. They did give us a small cheesecake for dessert as it was my wife's birthday!

David was an amazing waiter. Attentive, quick with refills and suggestions were spot on. We've been several times and have always had great food and great service! Highly recommend.

Not the first time we have been to Chophouse 13 nor will be the last. Food was outstanding and we each had the filet and it simply melted in your mouth. David was our server and he was outstanding as well. Extremely knowledgeable about the food and also the wine offerings.

This was the best experience I've had soon as we walked in we were greeted in no time and sat down. Everyone was so friendly. The waitress Millie was amazing. And the free birthday cake was so good. All the food was amazing. Best first experience def will come again.

This was our first time at Choohouse 13. We were celebrating our 22nd Anniversary and they didn't disappoint. Our waiter was Brandon, awesome waiter. He made great recommendations, attentive, and a pleasure to talk to. The food was delicious! We had the crab cakes, 6oz filet, 22oz cowboy ribeye, augratin potatoes, and Brussel sprouts. Steaks we're cooked perfectly. The sprouts could turn a hater to a lover, yum. Definitely going back!

The Ribeyey steak is tasteless and tough. The Salmon is also bland and cheese cake desert tasted as though it had been made with goat cheese, which my wife and I don't eat on any occasion. Would not recommend eating at Chophouse 13.

The food and the service were amazing. My family of 4 enjoyed our experience and would definitely return if we are ever in Jacksonville.

Terrible service Took 15 minutes to get a drink Then ordered another drink and again 10 minutes to get it Ordered dinner and 35 minutes later still no dinner We arrived at 5:45 and at 7:20pm still no dinner We left

This restaurant is definitely top notch for food and service. It's pricey so prepare yourself but it is worth every penny. We will definitely be back. As a matter of fact we already know when we are coming back.
