Some of the machines don't work or need repair to fully function. The food was good. They seemed short staffed, but the employees were polite and helpful despite handling a lot.

We recently visited Chuckee Cheese in Jacksonville, near the Avenues Mall and had a great time. The addition of the indoor playground and trampoline is phenomenal. And its less expensive than any other indoor playground or trampoline park around. And the food was tasty and affordable. I would highly recommend.

Everytime we go to this specific location we always have the best time ever. Jasmine one of the employees there is so amazing, by far one of my favorite people there, who actually LOVES CHILDREN which I love because some of the people during the mornings don’t really seem to want to want to be there, that’s why we tend to go at night, I feel like they truly love being around the kids.
Food is always spot on and amazing we have the monthly pass so paying $20 for food...
