First of all, the 10 pc. Family Meal is $3 more than the store on 103rd & Schindler. Second, the drive-thru order taker is ghetto AH.
We were ordering our family meal and a 5pc chicken tenders.
After ordering the tenders, this girl interrupts us and yells out, "no tenders!"
We didn't hear her, but she blurt out again,"no tenders!"

I've run businesses for franchisees and know that every order is crucial to the success of the business. However, when you have rude employees and always run out of product this is not good. I've seen many franchisees shut down over half the drama that you see at this location.

The crew must understand that if they want job security they wouldn't be so rude to customers. I gladly took my business elsewhere and will not be visiting here again.

Chicken is so juicy and tender. 100 % recommended except they don’t give me any sauce or ketchup or napkins nothing. Just box of chicken in the bag, period 😢

Wasn't pleased the first time I been here the inside isn't cleaned this location needs to be torn down and rebuilt. Thought I would give this location a second try from all the TikTok post's. But again I wasn't pleased the chicken has no flavor 1/10 the fries was hot 10/10 but asked for ketchup didn't get any biscuit 7/10

I waited 15 minutes just to get my order taken for a mashed potatoes and gravy. That gave me time to look around that's store is absolutely disgusting behind the counter
