Church's Texas Chicken

Stopped by this afternoon for an early dinner. Large crispy fried okra and a two piece dark meat with a biscuit and a jalapeno. Not a jalapeno guy but the rest of the meal was great! All for about $12!

The wings were like baby wings I ordered 2 (3) pieces and the wings were small enough to eat in one bite

Walked in at noon and was told 17 min wait for chicken. If I wanted to wait 17 min for chicken, I would have gone somewhere good. Lesson learned, this place isn't dependable for people on their lunch break.

They made me pull up to wait for 15minutes just to give me some old hard chicken even though they had fresh chicken that just came up then gave me an old jalapeno yeah never again will I go back

The employees doesn't greet customers the proper way. My food order was wrong and the food was not up to temperature. As being ServSafe certified myself, I know Church's employees knows the difference between being professional and being unprofessional. Need more training for employees.

I ask cashier did they have fresh chicken she said yes normally when I go there the chicken be pretty decent today I go there like they had been up it had been up there for hours never again I will always go to 103I never had a problem with that the whole time

I came for a classic chicken sandwich and got THIS??? What the helly?!?
The employees were amazing, owners and management if you’re going to change the sandwich change the damn photos on the menu!
Smdh, what in the “public high school lunch program” is this?!?
Super thin chicken, extra salty and mostly bread?!? Change it back now!

Pretty gross inside. Everyone was super rude. Chicken was overcooked which surprised me. Churches is my favorite but not this location.

Ordered on app, got there waited over 10 minutes in drive thru. When we got to window, they said the were out of some items. Ok, refund me the items you don't have. Don't know how , call doordash?? I didn't order from order doordash! She said look i'm on a timer, I don't have time for this! I'm going to need you to move on. Call customer service! Ps not able to get human with customer service, so no food ..out my money, they suck!!!

It’s 1215 on Saturday and they don’t have any chicken cooked? That’s ridiculous! How do you stay in business when you don’t have chicken cooked at lunchtime on Saturday. This location needs to get its act together.

They still have doors locked for the inside its 11am their extremely rude and slow do yourself a favor go to the churches on a different side of town
