I haven’t eaten here in awhile but the one time I choose to eat here, they tell us in the drive thru that it will be 20 minutes for chicken, my only question is, when the chicken started selling and the line started growing, why wasn’t more chicken dropped immediately?? You lost atleast two customers bc whoever is managing, well they aren’t doing a very good job. I will try again another day and hopefully I won’t have the same issue.

I have been eating Churchs Chicken since I was a child. I live in Gainesville, Florida and as an Adult I travel to Jacksonville mostly to the Normandy Blvd location, barely the one on 103rd due to Normandy is more familiar to me. I went on Sunday around 1:30 and asked for ALL LEGS with a 3 piece order. I was refused. Even after I offered to pay extra for what I asked for AND informing them I drive from Gainesville and hour & 45 minutes ONLY to get Churchs. I was still refused. Considering the distance driven as well as me OFFERING to pay more I should have received what I asked for I am the customer and who is paying for it. The old Staff understood this and gave me what I wanted. Which never went without gratitude shown as I would tip them EACH individually. These young children you have working there don't understand the gist of this and haven't seen enough or experienced enough to refuse Full Grown Adults from attaining what we ask for. I was highly upset and displeased with the blatant disregard for my request. If I visit this location again after driving almost 2 HOURS to get it Corporate will be my next call & I will have my camera video rolling to capture the refusal so I can Upload it on Tik Tok, Facebook Reels & Instagram and tag Kevin Lee a food rater & viral food connoisseur to see how viral this Establishment can be for refusing Patrons their requests. It doesn't come out of your Paychecks, but the food I'm buying is coming out of mine so give me what I kindly asked for? Good Day.Sincerely,An overly DISSATISFIED Customer.

I guess I must have slept through it but when did Texas become a mecca for frying chicken ? I'm going to stick with the birds of the holler, same old song for the ambience , and poor demeanor of same old churches employees.

Bad customer service and very disorganized. Ordered an 8 piece mixed chicken meal at 4:25pm via the drive thru. I was told to park in the parking lot and my food will be brought out to my car. After waiting for 15 minutes in my car, walked in the store to inquire about my food, and found the cook and servers behind the counter discussing how many pieces of chicken to put into the fryer since there were alot of orders on the screen. By then the lobby was full of people either trying to order or waiting for their food. They finally dropped some chicken into the fryer. Waited an extra 10 minutes for the chicken to cook. Then they realized that they ran out of fries. Had to wait for those to cook. And if that wasn't enough, halfway waiting for the fries, they saw that they didn't have any biscuits ready, so they had to put some in the oven to cook. Altogether I waited for 40 minutes for my food. Nobody behind the counter had a clue on how to be efficient, customer services was a joke. Not even an apology for the long wait. A 40 minute wait at a fast food place is kind of ridiculous. The chicken was cold, the fries were saggy, the only thing good were the biscuits. 4 thumbs down for this place. Not coming back.

If I could give 0 stars I would. I asked for fresh fries in the drive thru pulled up and waited and the fries were still cold. I got out and went in letting them know when they drop the fries fresh this time my food would be cold, and who likes cold chicken from churches AAliyah grabbed my fries and slung them in the trash that was on the floor behind the counter and told me to bring the rest of the food inside. I asked to speak to the manager she said I am the manager and another team member whispered to me she’s nasty she’s not the manager, I asked to speak to the manager again and they went to get her from the drive thru, she acted like she cared and I know she knows not to allow her staff to treat customers like that come to find out my whole meal was wrong when it was replaced I had to turn back around. I love the church’s on 103rd they were out of biscuits so we drove way to Normandy never again

I went to the Normandy Blvd church's chicken in Jacksonville Florida and purchased a two piece chicken dinner. When I got home and open it I saw that I had only about half a wing and a leg. I returned to show the clerk that I got only a half of a tiny wing. She insisted that it was a whole wing and was hesitant to replace it until I told her that it was unacceptable. Then she reluctantly through it in the trash and replaced it with the smallest whole wing that she had.It had been awhile since I had been to Church's and with that kind of service I don't think I will be going back in the near future.This happen on January 16th 2024 around noon at Normandy Blvd Church'sAnd I will tell everyone that I know that I don't recommend Church's.
