Clara's Tidbits - Baymeadows

They always take care of me been going there for years. Highly recommend. I get their chicken noodle soup and sweet tea. They have really good sandwiches.

The young lady that runs this place, Clara, she's such a wonderful hostess and really has made a great place to have a great meal. The food is great quality and the seating is plentiful. They even have an outdoor seating section to enjoy the breeze and have lunch with your pets. Very friendly, highly recommend. Been serving Jacksonville since the 1980's and has never let me down.

This place was absolutely wonderful! I only have a small compliant... the prices. They seem a little high for what you're getting. Other than the price.. I'd recommend tidbits on baymeadows over and over! Everyone is gracious and pleasant. The food is so good! I've been there twice a week!

CHICKEN AND SAUSAGE GUMBO!!!!!!!! It was so good I ordered a pint for my company safety meeting. It was also so good I picked the wrong day for them to make it lol . All the food is fresh and a quick vegan hack is the Greek sandwich with no meat!!

Gabby is BACK! Now we can start going regularly again. Gabby you make this restaurant’s customer service a 10+. It definitely was not the same when you weren’t there. You make it feel like coming home to family. It was so great to see you today. Lunch was terrific. See you soon!

LOL i guess employees that work here think it’s funny to write a side note my receipt with a smiley face on how I order my food. I come pretty much all the time here and the fact I didn’t “ add “ my toppings to my pita sandwich was absurd. I order this ALL the time and never had an issue how it’s order.. literally just pita, lettuce and season chicken chucks with some mayo or no mayo. So I don’t see the problem how I order my food??? LMFAOO. If anything I could HAVE an allergen to certain produce or be gluten sensitive.. just saying. But whatever.. not the first time I had snobby attitudes from them before, so therefore I won’t be coming back here again.

I truly enjoyed my first time at any of Tibits' locations. I had a 1/2 Ruben with Chicken, Rice, and Sausage Gumbo combo. I was very impressed with the Chicken, Rice, and Sausage Gumbo. By the way, the weather was cold and rainy, I couldn't had a better lunch on a day like this. Thank you Jam and Regina for such wonderful service!!!! Definitely coming back to try the next combo😋

Food and service are excellent! The potato salad is the best I’ve ever eaten! Jam was sweet, attentive and great all around. Can’t wait until the new location close to me opens.

So happy I stumbled across this lunch spot. I was greeting with friendly helpful faces, the food was fresh and delicious and the atmosphere was so warm. Jam was so kind, gave me a couple samples to try and gave me wonderful recommendations for what to try. 10/10, I will be back!
