These jokers are hardheaded and very uninterested in the job at this location lol. They’re kind of slow too.

March 23 4:30 pm. It was 4 people behind the counter and after 10 minutes waiting they were able to take care of one customer. The line was all the way to the door.. most of us left!! Got tired of waiting. Need to improve customer service..

I usually don't review places but I will say that Bryce did a great job with our family and seems very knowledgeable with the store. Thanks Bryce! I will be back for my Birthday Cake Remix!

TLDR: this store is slow, inefficient and I am still trying to figure out if the one girl in question actually worked there or not. Don’t waste your time stopping here, go somewhere else for better/faster service… like McDonald’s.Severely disappointed with my experience at this cold stone. If it was my first experience it would have been my last.To start off, whenever I walked in there wasn’t many people in line. 3 adults 4 kids (2 separate party’s). So I thought to myself cool, this should go fairly fast for my wife and me to get a sweet treat and continue on about our day.10 minutes later, they have only served 2 of those customers. I got confused why there was only one person working, even wondering if there were other employees there or not. That was until the employee door popped open and a guy walked out and into the bathroom. I could see inside the employee section to see a girl on her phone, not in uniform and listening to her AirPod. So then it clicked, there are 3 total employees in this store (at least 2, assuming 3) but for some reason only 1 was serving customers. Now I felt bad for the one actually working as the line behind me was growing. When the guy employee exited the bathroom he walked back into the employee section and miraculously both him and the girl, who I was questioning if she worked there, came to the front to start serving customers. Now, my entire attention was on this girl. Once again, she was not in a uniform, she was in a hoodie jacket with AirPods in. I watched this girl grab a fresh banana, cut off maybe 20% of it for the customer ahead of me and proceeded to throw the rest of the banana away.Now.. I’m not a cold stone process and procedure expert, so maybe that’s what they are told to do as the rest of the recently opened banana could not be reused?? (Just seemed wasteful to me)I ended up just letting my wife get what she wanted and I decided that I didn’t want to wait any longer than I already have and opted for nothing. Almost 35 minutes of my life I’ll never get back.If you read this far, just go to the cold stone at wild light, one more exit up on I-95N. It’s 120% better both in quality and speed.

If I could give them negative I would. Only one person was working and the supervisor was in the back on her phone. The wine worker was trying her best. But she had to deal with 30 people. I waited in line for 36 minutes just to finally get to the front just for then to say that their milkshake machines are down. -2 ⭐

Employees acted like they didn’t know what they were doing. I understand being stressed with customers but there was barely a line. The Wildlight location could’ve handled it no problem. They made customers’ orders behind me before they even got mine and I had already paid. Then they didn’t want to mix my topping in because “it doesn’t mix well”. If that is how I like it, just make it! Just left to find out they didn’t even give me the right flavor of ice cream.

I love Cold Stones ever since I was a child living in Jacksonville (since 2016). I loved the different type of ice cream can you can get from this store and the service before was one of the best service that you can get in Jacksonville even though it was just a ice cream store. Usually, I get the french vanilla or coffee ice cream which is both a common and uncommon ice cream choice and usually not out of stock when in demand. I would give this a nice 5 stars before 2023.Sadly in 2023, my view has changed. Some cracks are being shown within the store and its only an amount of time until people will see them. The atmosphere of the store is now showing it age by the old chairs and table at the eating way, and the ice cream sometimes have small pieces of other ice cream on each other (example: I saw some pieces of Cake Batter Ice Cream on top and somewhat mixed with the French Vanilla Ice Cream). I know that it takes A LOT OF TIME to serve everyone and clean up but first and over time impression is everything.Service could have been better, especially of of my birthday week (Week of December 9). I tried to come hear within a couple days after my birthday to redeem my "Birthday Bogo" which is basically Buy One, Get One Free coupon and I was unable to redeem it because of the employees didn't know what and how to redeem it.Basically what happen was that when I came to this Cold Stone the week of my birthday, I tried to get 2 milkshakes for my birthday. The current employee told me that it was only for the scoops of ice cream that I can redeem the coupon after I got my milkshake. So I was like "Oh okay, well let me come back a later day." A week later, another employee told me that it was for everything instead of just ice cream. After that I was a bit mad for the fact that I could of gotten two milkshakes a week ago and I was not able to redeem my coupon!!!

My experience in this place was amazing, I was immediately served and I was served happily. The worker there at the time was Maria, she helped me happily when I needed help ordering. I would recommend this place to anyone wanting to get great service and good ice cream. (P.S ask for Maria)

Ordered a birthday cake yesterday but it was delivered to the wrong house. I called them a few times and I was told they couldn’t help me. They also have no contact with the person who delivered it. I have attached the photo where the cake was delivered. It’s not even placed in the bag. Lol. We will just get another cake but I want my money back.

16 hours and 30 minutes ago I put in an order to have a Cookie n Cream ice cream cake decorated with Happy Birthday Day on it. I paid for it in advance and requested that it be ready for pick up the next day. I had full confidence that the staff would fulfill the order. Upon arriving and handing the staff member my receipt, I quickly saw that my confidence was misplaced. There was a line wrapped around the inside of the store to the front door. The staff was very friendly, and I believe they tried their best with in their capabilities but clear didn’t have the experience needed to deal with all the things in the store that was happening. I had every expectation that my purchase would be ready and it was not. I didn’t see during the time I was in the store where management was involved. I believe this issue could be easily corrected with management adjustments.

Found hair in my ice cream. Employees with long hair should wear hair nets.

Pamelia Davis

Went to this establishment and NOT one person had on a hair net on to keep hair from falling in the food. I could tell there were new employees because they were all over the place. They need to practice cleanliness.
