TLDR: this store is slow, inefficient and I am still trying to figure out if the one girl in question actually worked there or not. Don’t waste your time stopping here, go somewhere else for better/faster service… like McDonald’s.Severely disappointed with my experience at this cold stone. March 23 4:30 pm. It was 4 people behind the counter and after 10 minutes waiting they were able to take care of one customer. The line was all the way to the door.. most of us left!! Got tired of waiting. Need to improve customer service..
