Had a couple of kids working in there that couldn’t figure out how to use my gift card. One girl angrily tried until I finally offered to pay with cash, as she tossed the card back at me. So much for my free st. Patrick’s Day ice cream 💔

I scheduled a cake pickup for my husband’s birthday, and when I arrived to pick it up on the date it was supposed to be ready, they had no idea about my order.
Fortunately they let me take another already pre made cake home, and gave me a refund. But I am still disappointed as I had that cake custom made for my husband, and he did not get to enjoy it.

Rude. She said hello when I walked in. After I paid she said “Thank You and would you like a bag”. She put the bag on the counter. I had to juggle the bag and the large cake on a tiny counter by myself alone. She never said, (or acted like she care) “can I help you, how are you, are you looking for something particular”. I and the job was obviously disturbing her day. I picked out a cake myself out of the freezer. $40 for a cake and I drove 30 minutes away. I expected better service.
Next time I’ll go to Publix. They appreciate my business.2/10/26 2pm.

The crew was very kind to us
It’s very ridiculous they lie on people. I was here last week on Sunday I got two kids ice cream I came to the register to pay; they said every Sunday is free for all kids. Today is Sunday I came again and I got two kids ice they told me that I need to pay. They just lie so that you come to get ice cream and they charge you money. Very bad I will never come again.
Peanut butter cup perfection is sooo yummy! Staff here are amazing!
