Decided to dine here last minute for my husband birthday! (The name of the restaurant caught my eye and our hotel was across the street) The place was packed when we walked in at 8:30. They were able to find us a reservation at 9:15. We were seated around 9:30 and our server Ariel was really great! The food and cocktails were good! I had the best experience at this restaurant. The food was Delicious! Our server, Selena, was Attentive and so Personable and the atmosphere was the best! I had the mushroom flatbread pizza to which I now have an addiction LOL!!! And the short rib grilled cheese sandwich with tomato bisque which is a must try. I also did the wine tasting and fell in Love with the “Romance Red” wine that I bought on site. I definitely recommend.
As someone who doesn't drink, I wasn't sure what to expect when I first visited Cooper's Hawk. However, the exceptional food and outstanding service made it such a memorable experience that I've returned several times since my initial visit. Good customer service is very important to me.
