After not visiting this location in a few years, I was apprehensive given the reviews. We were pleasantly surprised. The food was great and the person taking the order was super friendly. Had to wait a bit for the take out to be prepared, but I think they were a little short staffed that day. The friendliness made up for it. Would definitely come back.
A friend and I have been coming here often for the boba. We are normally greeted with Marla who is very polite worker and demonstrates a very inviting and pleasant personality! We love coming here simply for the drinks and pleasant staff.

Exceptional if you get a bowl you are most likely going to be met with a 10% protein ratioGot chicken in my rice bowl and it had more onions then chicken like 3x as much veggies then chicken (i got a Korean fried rice bowl with chicken) service is a little unorganized server didnt know which table to bring the food to.
