We go there a lot. It seems like it is hit and miss on the food. I hate cold food. At this one you can count on getting something cold. My pancakes were cold. Keep saying we aren’t going back but we give it one more chance and that is slowly coming to an end.
The service was not impressive. The food arrived cold and lacked flavor, falling short of the warm, comforting Southern cooking we expected. Although the atmosphere has been updated, the restaurant no longer has that cozy, “coming home” feeling it once did. Oh and the greasy floors are a lawsuit waiting to happen.
Today everything was absolutely fantastic. The biscuits were excellent, so whoever made them today needs a raise. We all said that the food was better than it had been in a couple of years! We are customers of the Regency location, since it opened. We’ve always been so glad to have you in our neighborhood! My kids grew up going here. I was beginning to be afraid that we would lose a very special place in our hearts and history. Our family had been becoming a bit disappointed...read full review
