Picked up single steak burger combo at the drive thru. on Regency Square Blvd. N. Jax., Fla. A couple of minutes later I reached into the bag to get the hamburger and it felt very cold , paper and all, like it had been in a refrigerator. I tossed in in the garbage and I will never order food there again.
I must say, as much as I go to these restaurant locations, this location by far is the worst! It has been multiple occasions where I have been displeased with my customer service and their lack of appreciation for our service. Never again will I visit this particular location! I'm good on that!
clean the bathrooms. better service and when the place is empty don't keep me waiting
