Took 15 minutes to get two dipped ice cream cones . The first one was already melting and had fingerprints of chocolate down the side of the cone. We sent it back and they remade it. They were very polite and nice. They could be a little faster and definitely not send out a cone that looks like that first one. Customer service was on point though.

I was at DQ drive thru just about 15 minutes ago and between the man that took my order/payment etc and the person that prepared my order they did an excellent job. Customer service was on point and food was fresh. Only gave 4 Stars because I didn't get the extra side of gravy . Good customer almost doesn't exist anymore so thank you

No real expectations going in but the meals were a value. I tried the pretzels and they had a maple syrup flavor to them which is a little odd, and if you're concerned that the queso is too zesty, don't be because it's not zesty.
