Good food. Friendly staff. I wish I could get seated next to other nice patrons instead of sourpusses; the chefs feed off the mood of the table, and lemonsucking tablemates really bring it down.

Japanese food restaurant served by Japanese women. The menu is extensive and has an affordable price range. The seasoning is simple. The portions are large. It lends itself a lot to sharing. The attention is abrupt, perhaps because it is not very personal or because of the language barrier. There is ample parking.

We have been coming to Daruma for several years. The food and service is always consistent and enjoyable. I do think the inside could use a bit of a refresh. It’s starting to feel somewhat old and outdated.

Overpriced for a small portion of food and quite bland. Service sucks because I had to argue with the waitress to get my ticket corrected, for her trying to charge me for what I did not even order from the . Good thing my Visa did not go through on that transaction right away. She tried to say I had chicken and steak, when I indeed only had chicken and shrimp for my Hibachi dinner. The cook was acting as if it hurted him to step away before getting he got started with cooking, to hand my friend and I a couple of extra sauce cups. Wouldn't recommend this place to anyone at all. And this is my very first bad review on a restaurant ever in a long time.

We had a great time! Exciting dinner and show! Our chef was a great humorist and sweet! Cinderella was playing out across the table. He could do better than that ginger witch. So could the kid. The fried ice cream. The Cherry Coke pairs best with Asian cuisine. ?
Parking: It fills up fast after they open.
Wheelchair accessibility: My handicap was politely accommodated!

Came here for our anniversary dinner. The menu had lots of meals to choose from. We enjoyed watching the chef cook our meal on the hibachi. The server was friendly and attentive and kept our drinks filled. Will be back on special occasions!

Ordered over the phone and picked up my order on-site. The woman who took my order was very polite, fast, and professional. I wrote down everything I wanted so I believe I made the ordering process that much smoother. I was on and off the phone in under 2 minutes and was told to be there in 15 minutes.
Arrived a little early, went in, and waited for my food for about 5 to 7 minutes. Got my food, drove 3 minutes back to my place, and was immediately disappointed with the quality of my food.
The food was extremely plain and lukewarm. They followed the instructions I placed for the food to a "T" but the food tasted basic. If it wasn't for having some Duck Sauce and Soy Sauce on hand, I probably would have thrown this in the trash. I ordered 1 chicken, 1 steak hibachi, and Godzilla Roll. They followed my instructions, double rice for the chicken and only broccoli for the steak.
The sushi was the most disappointing part of the whole meal. With the name, "Godzilla Roll", what comes to mind? Well, you'll be just as disappointed as me. Basic. Plain. Boring. I'm one of those lunatics who likes eating their salad without any dressing so I can enjoy the flavor of the vegetables. For me to label food as "blain" should say something.
Not to mention the noodles that were in the meal that were not mentioned in the meal discretion? Awful tasting in my personal opinion. I'm not sure what they are called. Their only purpose is to fill you up faster. But they don't in my case because I don't eat them.

We got there when they opened and we were seated right away. Our waitress was great and really went above and beyond for our kids. First thing I noticed - sticky floors. The place seemed dingy and could honestly use a good cleaning. The food was ok - lacked seasoning and was overall bland. My son had to use the bathroom and my husband also said it was dirty, even though we went right when the restaurant opened. Overall, wouldn't come here again.
