My friends and I planned a lunch date at this restaurant, but we were never served any food. When we arrived, we were informed at the door that it would take 20 to 30 minutes before we could order. We agreed that was fine. However, after an hour had passed, our food order still hadn't been taken. The waitress avoided us, and when we asked for the check to pay for our daiquiris, she told us that the cooks would not let her place our order.
I went today and although it was a wait and a few mishaps it was a pretty good experience. it was clean and the staff was friendly. That flight put me in my axx. after 1 I was leaning so it was definitely worth $25 the food was good I had wings ans fries shrimp my cousin had the grilled shrimp and added catfish which was good. I'm only giving an 8 outta 10 because although our order wasn't right they did correct it. I'd def go back. The vibe was great as well I went around 1pm
Customer service is by far the worst in the city . Hour plus wait on the food , on top of the food being subpar . I was served a cold seafood boil . The MANAGER literally only offered to adjust the bill by $3. 0/10 do not recommend.
