Twice my pizza has been marked as “delivered” while no pizza was actually delivered. I thought we would give them a second try but here we are after waiting an hour and a half and no pizza. Now we have to make all these calls, be on hold, talk to robots to get our refund for non delivery/scam pizza.
Do yourself a favor and avoid this location.
**UPDATE : A Jon Dannenhoffer the “district leader “ reached out to me to help resolve this matter. He seemed friendly and willing to help. In the end; after explaining the situation as well as my concerns and desire for a refund- he stated I would receive a $25 store credit plus refund. I did tell him I did not want the store credit at that same store I ordered from as the experience I had was horrible! He stated I could receive the store credit it at the beach Blvd location....read full review
I filed a complaint on 12/14 and never heard anything. Filed another complaint on 12/15 and no follow up. This location is horrible and would not recommend using them. Worth driving to another location or use a different company. And Donny is rude and should be reprimanded. Domino's Pizza @ Horriblecuatomerservice @donnyisadick
