Just spent 75 dollars to have plates of burned and old food toast was old I wouldn’t even feed it to my dogs….. I called to speak to the manager and one of the employees was on the other phone listening and yelled I told you if you knew the food was old why serve it!!!!!!!!nothing but young kids there playing instead of making sure the job gets done
I am writing this message out of sheer frustration with your restaurant. I frequent zaxby's quite often, and very rarely have an issue with an order, however, every single time I go to the store on university, order is always wrong, delayed, fries are cold (if I even get more than the 6 fries I received in my last order after asking for double fries.
