Delicious we need one up north in Pennsylvania
I had an amazing experience with the staff at this location yesterday. I came in with my autistic friend for his birthday and he meant to order a combo substituting toast for slaw due to his sensory issues. However, whether he didn’t communicate the substitution, or it got messed up as he was ordering, the food came out with slaw. This was a door dash order so the store says they cannot do anything about this as far as a refund. But this keeps happening here. I get brunt egg rolls again. How hard is it to cook these things. Where is the quality control to let something this bad go out. And this time it was brunt black and cracked. Door dash credits me like $3 and these cost $6.71 so I loose both money and food. The manager said its because they have nothing but 16 year old kids working there.

Based on the reviews, this Zaxbys Chicken Fingers & Buffalo Wings location has mixed customer service and food quality. The customer service at this location is absolutely top tier, with a kind drive through worker who had good energy. The food was good and hot, and the Veggie Egg Rolls were amazing. However, other visits had issues. One order of light lemon pepper was very strong and wet, not dry rub as advertised. Another time, the restaurant forgot the cutlery and drink straw. The dining area felt uncomfortable and unwelcoming when teenagers were sleeping in booths with trash on the tables, and management should address situations like this promptly. The boneless wings and seasoned fries sometimes have a flavor overload. The app needs to be updated for curbside so customers do not need to make a phone call. One order for extra seasoning on fries got no seasoning instead, and the app deleted a $5 off $20 promo. Overall, the experience can be ok, but some say Zaxbys is going downhill lately.
