Do not come here I literally left out of that drive through and hauled butt across the street to Tunis those girls are so rude I did not want them in charge of my food. I would not eat anything from there all they're doing is hanging out and you're bothering them to place an order period stay away

I recently stopped by Zaxby's drive-through, Ashley, she's awesome. My experience was nothing short of outstanding, all thanks to the exceptional service provided by Ashley Mylonas. I hope I spelled this right, I asked for her last name because she deserves a great review. From the moment I placed my order, Ashley's warm greeting set the tone for what turned out to be a great experience.Ashley's professionalism and enthusiasm were evident from the get-go. Not only did she take the time to ensure that my order was accurate and prepared to my specifications, but she also went above and beyond to make sure I felt welcome and valued as a customer. In addition to her excellent service and huge smile, Ashley's friendly demeanor and positive attitude added to my overall experience. She created a welcoming environment and for that, I am truly grateful. I've come to realizes that the people that work here...just do not know how to read. Last week, on a Door Dash order, I ordered honey mustard dressing. I got Ranch. So I had to drive up to the location to get what I ordered. Screw my inconvenience. Then today myself and coworker ordered door dash again and we got fries instead of cole slaw. How hard is it....really? Pisses me off so bad. Food and delivery is not cheap nowadays. And then have to drive to the restaurant to get what I actually wanted. I don't get it!!!! Do better
This location just can't get it right. I placed my order inside at 1:36p. My correct order was finally given to me @ 1:50p. No bread or fried onions please. Food comes out with toast on the salad. I sent it back. They took the bread off. No ma'am Pam!.....I specifically stated 'gluten free'. The older female counter person stated she would have to verbally tell them "no toast"....she forgot.The last time ordered (it's in a previous review - 3 wks ago) service was long and disappointing as well. Chaos behind the counter, no attention to details. During this visit they were out of french fries. So much for Zak pack customers. Last visit they were out of sugar. I'm sure the response will be the generic response, so let me tell you again....mature workers and managing staff that are accountable to outstanding customer service and satisfaction. Good day sir or madam!Dietary restrictions: Please pay attention to specific instructions regarding NO TOAST. You cannot simply remove glutenous items....you're playing with peoples lives.

Food was enjoyable as always i just wish they would have given me my whole order... when i pulled in they said the only thing they had was the number 1 meal so i ordered that. the toast wasnt cooked and the extra fries i ordered didnt even get given to me, but i did get charged for them which is great.
