Dropped in for lunch on Valentine’s Day and my current wife was delighted with the choice of restaurant. We started with cocktails and the kimchi butter DOMU wings that were extra crispy and delicious. Then followed it up with two bowls of richie rich ramen. We sat at the bar and were able to place our orders with the bartender without any issues. Service was great. Food was incredible.

DOMU-when I drove up I wasn't sure what type of restaurant this was so I looked it up and when I saw the menu, I knew I had to go in!

Leather chairs welcome you in sort of like going to a wine bar, with comfy oversized leather chairs and a refreshing ambiance.

The bar is very beautiful modern and has a great upscale dressy casual vibe!!

The bartenders were very welcoming and friendly and happy to talk about all of the menu choices.

I knew I was in the right place when someone was having a lychee martini and taking a to go order. I asked what was in the to go order and they said I come here all the time and this is my favorite Ramen dish:

RICHIE RICH
MISO - SHOYU PORK BONE BROTH, CHASHU, *AJITAMA BRULEE, KIKURAGE, SCALLIONS, FRIED GARLIC, BLACK GARLIC OIL, DOMUDAMA

I had to try that, so that's what I ordered. WOW!! However, I couldn't overlook the wings which everyone says are famous and their reputation for getting Michelin star noted ***is no exaggeration. These wings have the most incredible crispy texture and the flavor will make sure that you come back for more! I tried the original and opted into the seasonal honey hot just because I'm a spicy food lover, and they did not disappoint!

But the star of the show was definitely my Ritchie Rich Ramen noodle dish with the caramelized Brulé egg - they say a picture is worth 1000 words about the photos I'm putting up will be 10,000 words.

Part of the whole experience was my bartender Johnny. He made sure the food was impeccable the cocktails were sheer perfection and you could tell he takes pride in everything he does for this restaurant, the staff made sure everything was five star!

If you are near St. John's town Center don't miss the opportunity to eat at this awesome restaurant

First time at DOMU.
Prompt greeting and seating.
Friendly and guided service.
Appetizer: cucumbers - perfect cuts, crunch and spice.
Main: Yuzu Shoyu - added egg brulee, beech shrooms, corn, and chili oil. Broth was perfect temperature and portioned well.
Dessert: sampled the soft serve ice cream flavor of the week - Dubai chocolate
Will be back for another bowl. Cheers.

My fiancé and I loved domu the first few times we went. Service was excellent, food was warm and tasty. However last nights experience was horrendous. Soup came out cold, server nowhere to be found had to ask other servers for things, server never once cleared out table from empty cups, plates, etc more drinks and food came and we had to stack everything just to make room. The food itself was horrendous we got the same thing that we normally get and it didn’t taste the same. My fiancé and I ended up so sick from the food. We will never go back!

Everyone raves about Domu (Jax location), but I really think there’s better in spots for ramen in Jax. We’ve been here a few times to give it a chance. It’s not bad, it’s just not great. I think people love this place aren’t particular about eating really genuinely delicious ramen. I would say the food is okay. Service was normal. Atmosphere compared to other ramen spots is not preferable. Most of the seats are sitting right next to other people/tables. Not a lot of space.

This pains me to write this, because I really enjoy Domu. This is the worse Domu of all them. I was given spoil chicken! I was offered another entree, that was inedible. If you can go to the ones in Orlando, you would be better off.

Our bartender (I believe the name was Adonis), created a delicious drink called the “Butter Believe It”. It was so good and as a bourbon enthusiast I was so impressed! He was kind, informative and so sweet. My family and I will definitely be back. The food was also 10/10!

The restaurant is nicely decorated upon arrival and is well maintained. However, service was very slow due to having one server, one host, and very little people in the kitchen. The broth for the creamy miso is beyond salty, but overall it was okay.

Im so sad they got rid of the chashu don, it was my top dish and so different from everything else on their menu, completely unique from everything on the market. I tried the new sisig chashu don and it doesn’t begin to compare. I really hope they bring it back as an additional option. This restaurant is truly top 5 in Jacksonville for me i’d eat there at least once a month for 6 years straight and sometimes once a week since I live close. The chashu don was the only thing consistent in all my orders, I always had it. I’m heartbroken 😭 (the picture is the old chashu don it was so good! Please bring it back)

Literally one of the best Ramen places in Jacksonville. With that being said, the Ramen and drinks are great, but the DOMU wings with the kimchi butter sause are legendary. The atmosphere is great, kind of giving hipster vibes. But just order the wings, you won't regret it.

My boyfriend and I were out running last-minute Christmas errands at the Town Center, and since I’ve been a little under the weather, we stopped into Domu for a quick lunch before finishing our gift shopping. I ordered the Tonkatsu with chicken and he had the medium curry ramen — both came out hot, flavorful, and exactly what we needed on this cool day.

I’m absolutely obsessed with their green sweet tea, and our server even surprised us with a small Vietnamese coffee ice cream sample with the check. It was so delicious and such a sweet touch.

The perfect cozy date spot for winter at the St. Johns Town Center. We can’t recommend Domu enough! 🤍

I came here to pick up my online order ! The host was rude and I didn’t like her tone. I asked about my order which was showing that it was ready on my end. Can you not ask questions ? Why do you have an attitude ?
